The evening of August 7th was a busy night for members of the GTFD. At 5pm, several members attended the Touch a Truck Event at Tranquility Farms along with Allamuchy Fire, Allamuchy-Green First Aid Squad and with over 300 children and parents in attendance. Thank you to Tranquility Farms for hosting such a fantastic event.
Around 845pm, the GTFD was dispatched into our coverage area of Frelinghuysen for a report of a motorcycle down. Engine 1, Engine 2 and 95-1 responded along with the Allamuchy-Green First Aid Squad. The patient was subsequently transported by Medevac to the hospital. Prayers to the patient on a speedy recovery.
